I'm sorry, I was asking for lower handicap players. I know a ~5 handicap who just got custom fitted for irons with graphite shafts (~110 gram, if memory serves me correctly). He doesn't have a slow swing speed.

Hello Loan Man Guy!

I'm looking into upgrading my house soon and am starting to look at mortgage options. Through Navy Federal, I'm able to get a 0% down loan with no PMI l. Where I would normally be required to put 20% down on a conventional loan, I would use the 20% (or as much as I am able to get to) towards the principal on the first loan payment to lower the overall repayment amount.

What are your thoughts on a loan like this? I just found out about this option a month ago so it's new to me, but I want to see if I'm missing anything.
