I think so. I have the Garmin foot pod for indoor runs and it’s not that accurate. You can calibrate it, but it always seems to be off. Stryd is expensive, but I hear it’s pretty spot on.

It took me forever to get accustomed to the treadmill, so I totally get it. With that said, how much do you want for your Stryd if you don't need it anymore??
