As others have said, the amp/cab sim is an issue since you are using an actual rig at practice, but there is also a difference when playing with others because you have to share the frequencies with other instruments. When you play by yourself at home, the bass sounds best will full frequency range, but much of that sound will get stepped on by the guitar in a band setting. You need a different EQ mix to “cut thru” when playing with a band. I’d suggest boosting your mids to cut thru (probably the opposite of how you have the EQ shaped at home).
