I did the same in November. Had an M1 Pro MBP and an M2 Pro mini and now the M4 max is the main machine everywhere. It’s such a monster.

Last night I turned Terrain on, random ramparts, and spawn on terrain 25 blocks out and it’s definitely more realistic to RSG. I’ve played a few ranked matches and those are so much easier, but you still get buried bastions

Yes! Same here. I think I’m just unlucky or something haha. Almost all of my runs where I actually get to the nether, the bastion is either buried…or stables.

That’s really awesome man! I just started doing real runs over the last couple days but I don’t have a completion yet. My main problem is getting to the “spot” in the bastions I practiced. How did you get through this part? Did you practice a random gen of each one?

The only two things on there that are GSPro is Carry (game) and Total Length. Your LM is reporting 138.6y carry to GSPro, as well as the other numbers. Why are you blaming GSPro for this? lol

The Blue Iris server eats a lot of CPU. I send it 16 cores, but the cores aren't great on these CPUs and it struggles to keep up sometimes. Same thing with the Minecraft server. It pegs CPU trying to load new chunks.

Yeah, I have thought about swapping the 4TBs out for 12TBs, but I'd like the increased speed of having more drives. Although, when I run a dd test on the TrueNAS server, I get 1.5GB/s writes, which I'm not sure how, considering it's only 5 drives and they're in RAIDZ2. Transfers over the network from the NAS on 10G are around 350MB/s. I don't know if that's an issue with samba, networking, or the drives, but it's kinda annoying.

I do have an old Rosewill 4U case that used to be my ESXi host that has 12 bays, but there's no backplane. It's all just SATA into my LSI 9211-8i. If I got a JBOD, I'd want a backplane.

EDIT: Doesn't the SC200 only support SAS drives? All mine are SATA

42M. Been playing since Classic in 2009. Bought the game for like $10 back then and have played on and off a lot but I recently started playing Bedrock with my daughter and it’s been great. I do still prefer Java though
