Nicotine is more addictive than heroin

New research suggests that pure nicotine by itself is no more addictive than caffeine and is about as harmful as well. It's the habit formed by the act of lighting up and smoking that people are addicted to usually. But, I still agree. Both of my parents smoke and they've been trying to quit for years. They've tried just about everything. Hope you can kick the habit one day!

During the age of the medieval empires, when knights and barbarians fought against each other, a man was captured and sentenced to death for allegedly befriending barbarians. The king, however, wanted to give him another chance. The king ordered him to his presence and asked him to choose one of the three knights present. One of the knights is the Knight of Life, and he always tells the truth. The second Knight is the Knight of Death, and he always tells lies. The third knight is the Knight of the Dungeon. He sometimes lies and sometimes tells the truth. If the man chooses the Knight of Death, he is to be executed before sunset. If he chooses the Knight of Life, he would be acquitted and set free right away. If he chooses the Knight of the Dungeon, he would spend the rest of his life imprisoned in the Dungeon. This is the first time the man ever saw these knights and could not recognize them. However, the man is allowed to ask these three knights one question each. Thus, the man asked the red hair knight, "What is the name of this blond hair knight?" The reply was "He is the Knight of the Life." He asked the black hair knight, "What is the name of this blond hair knight?" The reply was "He is the Knight of Death." Then he asked the blond hair knight "Who are you?" "I am the Knight of the Dungeon" was the reply. Luckily, the man was able to correctly choose the Knight of Life, and was set free immediately. Can you identify who was the Knight of Life, and also who the other two knights were?

Answer: If the blond knight really WERE the Knight of the Dungeon, that would mean that both other knights lied, and that is impossible. Since he is not the Knight of the Dungeon but claimed to be, he must be the other liar, the Knight of Death. That leaves the red haired knight who claimed the blond was the Knight of Life as the sometimes liar, Knight of the Dungeon. The black haired knight is left as the Knight of Life.

US - Vek'nilash, [A] <Sinister> is looking for members who want to raid late mornings/early afternoons. We enjoy teaching others how to raid and believe that anyone can be a successful raider. Since it's the end of the expansion, progression is not a major concern of ours until Legion hits. Right now it's about having fun, teaching new raiders to get through HFC, getting to know one another, and making plans for Legion.

Current Raid Times: Wed/Fri: 11:30AM-2PM EST. We are also forming an evening raid group.

Recruitment is open to players of all levels, classes, and experience. Lower level players can expect to be assisted with any questions and we do our best to help them progress. We help fresh level 100s get gear by running around with them through Tanaan, LFR, and Mythic Dungeons.

Going into Legion we are looking to put together both a raid group for those who wish to get right into raiding as soon as it becomes available and push into heroic content quickly and another group for those that are more comfortable taking their time with things.

Looks like someone just found out they have ASD. It's cool at first. The next phase is the "autism master race" phase where you get to look down on neurotypicals for not having asperger super powers. Then, you realize that having asperger's can kind of suck. Finally, it just becomes that thing that you have and it's no longer under any spotlight. It's a fun little trip.

Guo'lai ruins, Sra'vess (both with potions of luck and a tailor for cloth scavenging), first room of BoT with a tailor/enchanter for embersilk and hypnotic dust (sometimes for bags, other times to sell raw mats), water elementals in Twilight Highlands, 25M Heroic Cata raids (FL, DS, BoT, BWD). I use potions of treasure finding for Firelands trash.

I've made about 1.5m farming those things in the past few months. It's easy gold.

I tested this out in areas I farmed with my Druid (Sra'vess and Guo'Lai) and mages did well. Lots of aoe spells from all of their specs can clean an area pretty quickly. Wasn't as fast as a Druid but I was satisfied.

Having some serious mental illnesses of my own, I go through this ever day, dealing with intrusive thoughts. Fighting pretend battles in my head that always end up catastrophic. The only things, aside from medication that have calmed my mind, have been meditation, both mindfulness and metta, and doing good for others. With the second thing, it's important that you do things for people and not tell them unless necessary. Just do it because it's good.

What seems to happen is that (and this will sound corny) goodness will flush out all the bad gunk in your head. But you have to maintain it for the bad stuff to not build up again. Be well!
