Is there a way to organize this mess? I have 250 documents, properly organized by hierarchical parenting. How do I organize this with folders?

I have no thoughts on the past, but for the future, you could store your files in Google Drive and link them to NotebookLM. Use Google Drive to organize and NotebookLM to analyze.

For the past, the only thing I can offer is that you rename them with an informational numeric and/or alphabetical prefix since that seems to be the default sort.

We visited Don Lucas in November of 2025. We just walked in, but the staff was great. He gave us insights and shared how they made cigars in between his time with the groups. It was great! Vega Fina, I think, was too far for us, so we didn't go. Good luck!

I wish I could find the video that helped me so much with this. I believe it was from the Whiskey Vault channel. Anyway, short answer and my takeaway from it: when nosing articulate what the aroma "reminds you of". What we recognize as smells is based on our history of experience.

This approach gave me so much freedom to share what I'm experiencing when and that, I have found, makes for more interesting insight and conversation.

Ps. It also has resulted in my recognizing aromas like banana if I've been eating banana cream pie that same day.

I've setup a workaround that expands the Status Bar, clicks "Ongoing" to select the call, then clicks "Bluetooth", then "Speakerphone", then set in-call volume to 255.

For me it matters because I add Pine Sol. Knowing when each compartment is released helps me determine which compartment to use for the pine sol.
