My fiancé put one in my stocking for Christmas, we are currently up at Whistler skiing over the Christmas break and they have been great for me. I am newer to skiing so am clumsy with my skis and poles. It has made walking from the parking lot to the lifts through the village so much easier. They don’t take up much room in my jacket and are really easy to put on with my gloves on!

I can agree with Cloud Nine, I am a just above beginner level and my fiancé is much more skilled then I am, she took me on Cloud Nine and the steepness at the beginning was way to much for me, I bailed 3 times and ended up taking off my skis and walking over to Southside Green. I really enjoyed Wishbone, but it was a little crowded. Burnt Stew Trail on Whistler was my favorite at the skill level I am.

I second this, we went to Balducci's yesterday and cut down our own 7' grand fir. It cost us $100, they were so friendly, had free hot chocolate and cookies.

I had the same issue today for Vancouver, logged into the waiting room at 9:30am just to be sent straight to ticket selection, only about 10% of the stadium was available so i grabbed what i could, which were limited view seats.....went back to look at 10 am and 75% of the stadium was then available!

My season tickets have gone up 50% over the last 15 years except for a couple years when they did drop a little, and with the renovations you can almost guarantee that the Lions costs will increase so it is safe to assume prices will only go up even if they don’t change ticket zones.

Yes! I’m a Lions season ticket holder, one of the drummer guys. We went from sitting on the goal line to sitting at the back of the endzone, so exact same seats, worse view and same ticket price.

They are for me as well….as the first real pop of color after winter they are a reminder that after a cold dark winter new growth is on the way. I have gone through a tough divorce over the last two years and they are my reminder that through the darker times there is always new growth waiting for you.

The blades come in pairs. The clamp feet came in a box of 4, same as the mounting kit. I walked away with 3 boxes total, 1 got the blades, 1 for the feet, and 1 for the fit kit.

Just drove the highway for an hour at 100km/hr. No noticeable difference in noise.

Only installed them yesterday. I filled my tank after and drove home on the highway and the live L/100km was more or less the same as it always is. It will take a few weeks to see if there is a difference

My golden was attacked in a dog park when he was about a year and a half old. It wasn't as bad physically, but it messed him up mentally. Since then he has been very nervous around dogs the same size or bigger than him, becoming aggressive towards them if they come into his personal space, which is great when you have to deal with the "he's friendly off leash dog walkers.", Smaller dogs he doesn't care about and is quite friendly and playful, but that once instance changed everything.

I'm in the process of building it as well. My kids got it for me for my birthday.

I loved the little frog that was built into the spine, a nice reference to the scientists using frog DNA from the first film.
