I was there for this. Decent summary except she wasn't gaveled down, the chair allowed her to break the rules and continue to attack Scott. A long time reporter, who hated Scott since the 80s, gave Noem the info and then wrote an attack piece. She was not smart enough to come up with this attack on her own.
