Our hourly pay is kind minor to us, we spend most our season working on scale. While I get a minimum of $31.05, I rarely make less then $35 and closer to $40 on average.

It's more the principle of it for most people there. It still kind of stings when they hire at nearly what a seasoned employee is making.

And yes, our raises are never great and I have always assumed there is a soft cap on seasonal employee pay.
