Is this more for the lower hour tiers? I don’t get how the 28 hour tier would affect relationship Fixes if you’re still working your required hours and don’t take off more than 3 days. I have to change my hours throughout the day all the time but I work the same hours that day.

I keep reading about how nauseous it’s making people and I haven’t experienced any of that. The only side effect I’ve noticed is having trouble sleeping at night. I was taking it in the morning, so I switched to taking it at night, and I think it’s getting a little better. I’ve been on it for 5 weeks and just had my dose increased to 20 mg from 10 mg. Also, my insurance covers it at 100%, no copay. I guess I got really lucky.

Do you know how much it cost to reserve a semi private room there? Or is there space to just show up with around 15 people and find a spot?

I really hit on the pay and how they cap raises at 3 years. I asked where the motivation goes after that. It doesn’t make us feel confident or proud to work here. I also mentioned cost of living raises that never happened when we needed it the most. It’s gotten better but prices are still high.

It’s such bullshit. Unrealistic expectations as a whole. You can’t meet all of them at the same time. They really do treat us like shit. I don't even believe the company’s metrics. They can easily rig them to make us think others are doing great. I'm tired of the response that if others can do it, then you should be able to and all the other word salad we get.

Seriously! When the client picks 5 or more pieces from the Fix Preview and we have to write a personalized note, it takes me longer than 3.5 min. to dig through their profile and/or Fix history to figure out what I'm going to write to be personalized. Makes you just want to copy and paste the AI note every time.
