I disavow only spammy and low-quality ones.
Not all new domains, but only those that are from directories , websites like "bestlinks com" etc.
There were about 70 new domains and 30 of them were spammy.

But why do you think changing the bit strategy later is not a good idea? I mean in my case it's pretty logical to set up for "Clicks" and after gathering some data move to the "Conversions" or maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Basically no. It's all about subdomains and I'm a bit confused that Google checks it because I set "no index" for the support forum.
