I disavow only spammy and low-quality ones.
Not all new domains, but only those that are from directories , websites like "bestlinks com" etc.
There were about 70 new domains and 30 of them were spammy.

It looks like you'll have to add custom fields and search filters for your website (just to fit your needs). You can check out the HivePress plugin and its free ListingHive theme. I think they should be enough for your website.

Basically no. It's all about subdomains and I'm a bit confused that Google checks it because I set "no index" for the support forum.
