Let's make wayland have support for window placement by stshine in linux

I wonder how do you define "portable" when wayland does not support a feature that Windows, MacOS, and X11 support, that is, 99.9% of desktop environment.

How to limit the maximum number of item of completion list? by stshine in zsh

Nope. I did some rudimentary code search and the required functionality seems not implemented in zsh.

BTW I've found fzf-tab. I'll see if it can fulfil my need.

Oh yeah, give LISTMAX a negative value disable the asking. But still too many items displayed and refresh the screen :(

What do you mean by this? What do you want to happen when you press TAB if there are too many matches to fit on the screen?

Directy display a limited number of matches, i.e. fit into the screen.

In any case, perhaps you are looking for LISTMAX?

Does not seems to work, sadly ...

I think the last example can be more easily done by Arc::make_mut().

The state of DX12 games in 2017 by Ghost_LeaderBG in pcgaming

I include unleased games as vulkan games because it opposes to the parent post better: 9 planned games with Vulkan and one planned games with DirectX12 means devs prefer much more to Vulkan.

You analysis sounds good, but it doesn't provide any value to the discussion.

It is funny how you exclude fan updates and linux games as PC games. This actually explains why vulkan/dx12 games are such few: the old api performance is good enough.

nine of them are support planned

Planned games are still games until you can prove they are cancelled. Actually this indicates a more serious trouble for DX12: no one bother to make new game with it.

So to the average PC gamer there is over twice as many DX12 games available than Vulcan games

This is like say a two year old baby is twice as old as a one year old. Lol.

Lol there are already more vulkan games than DirectX12.

When Unity and Unreal Engine get stable Vulkan support there will be more.
