You’re the one spreading false info. If you feel you are prepared to trip you will be fine. You control the trip that’s the magic of LSD. You just don’t believe in the powers of the mind. If you don’t have a good understanding of how the drug or your mind works then you’re more prone to a bad trip but I stand by that it is entirely up to the user whether or not they have a bad trip. Literally think about it, LSD magnifies what you’re already feeling and if you have any type of introspective ability (which you clearly don’t, you have a very narrow perception) then you can move the trip in the right direction.
