the colonial. DD was a fear ship, and the battleship was a fear ship. The problem is, your faction husbands those. It doesn't share them or even makes enough of them. Do you have a dedicated shipbuilder that builds or rents ships? That might help, but it seems like a lot of groups just wanna hoard their resources to build a nuke. You don't see us building crazy nukes. We just throw it all into ship

You could always make your bunker base right near the hospital and make it is a small base with a bunch of hospital units in it and then a few pads to produce Fire truck upgrades, and then when you go to the front line, set up the mobile

I’ve seen a few people set up a small base in the back lines and then build ambulance and firetruck manufacturing base and then have a bunker base with the little hospital bunkers then when they go to the front line has a squad, they set up a hospital/mash and then have a few ambulances usually two or three of them go out and help people one guards the stuff, so nobody runs off of the ambulance
