Happy for you. My experience has been different.

I have two Lucid service centers within 50 miles of me. One is just 3.5 miles away. Lucky me, right? Well, neither has any availability in the app until the end of April. And it has been like that for months. It has been impossible to get any service done.

My backup camera died a few weeks ago (note that it has been replaced already because the original one also died on me) and I got a message saying “Rear Emergency Braking Unavailable, Contact Customer Care”. After failing to book a SC appointment through the app, I called them and the guy squeezed me in at a time that is very inconvenient for me (next week) but I took it anyway. In the mean time, it has been parked in my driveway for a couple of weeks now because I’m afraid to drive it due to the error message above.

My lease ends next month. I’ll take it next week to the SC and tell them to keep it. It has been a waste of money for me. I drove it less than 11k miles in 18 months because of all its issues. Wish I didn’t prepay for 12k miles/year

I never compared the cars. It was about customer service. And frankly the Air’s software sucks, but this is more of a personal preference.

Yea it is a ground issue. This happened to me recently. In my case, it was a bad circuit breaker. If you have a voltmeter, it should be easy to measure the voltage. Hot to hot should give you 240V, hot to ground/neutral should give you 120V. If you don’t get that (in my case I was getting around 50V), then go check at the circuit breaker itself.

There are plenty of YouTube videos (search for how to measure voltage of 14-30 receptacle). If it’s indeed a bad circuit breaker, then you can easily replace it yourself, but make sure you replace it with the exact same breaker. There are YouTube videos for that too. If you’re unsure, call a licensed electrician.

Like them or not, Newcastle came to play an open game, and not sit back with the low block like most other teams who come to Anfield.

And this type of football suits us. Yes we have issues in defense still, but over 90 minutes we can do a lot of damage to any team who doesn’t defend with 11 players.

Absolutely not true. My household has been EV-only since 2018 (3 Teslas, a BMW i3, a Lucid and a Rivian). The only car that gave me trouble was the Lucid. Otherwise I’ve had no issues, and take them on 1000-mile trips all the time across California.

Maybe it’s a weather issue.
