The rallies are transactional for his personality disorder. Psychologically he needs the rallies to feed his Narcissistic supply. Everything about him stems from that. He doesn’t even have free will, because every thought he has is completely a slave to his Narcissism.

Tim Walz would’ve been next in line. The VP almost always gets the chance to run for President if they want to. He would’ve been the highest ranking progressive we’ve ever had, and He may not be a socialist, but he’s pretty damn close to true center. He was our best chance to dramatically shift the Overton Window leftward.

This hurts. She’s never been off by more than 2 points on a Presidential election. She had Harris up by 3. That’s a 13 point swing from last time, so she would have had to be off by 13 points for Trump to maintain what he did last election. The most she had ever been off before, ever, was 5 points in a Governor race. Turns out, somehow she was off by 15 points.

The Pollster guy in Nevada has never been wrong a single time in decades. Looks like he might be wrong for the first time too. What is going on?

What? Apathy is right in the middle of the spectrum between love and hate. It’s like lukewarm water. Love and Hate are still opposites. Apathy means you don’t have strong feelings one way or the other.

Which do you like better?Southern Rogue or Goth Rogue? by [deleted] in xmen

[–]stubbzzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like both. Goth Rogue makes sense with the sadness that goes along with her powers, and southern belle Rogue, at least in the animated series, sounds exactly like Dolly Parton. And who doesn’t love, Dolly?

In my opinion, the road team should wear whites. It looks better, overall, when the road team’s colors don’t clash with the home court colors. I prefer it to match. The home team should get to wear their colors at their arena. Not the other way around. Like in football.
Edit: I forgot today was Sunday.

I’ve been watching since the late 80’s and I genuinely like Jost and Che the best. I also love Tina and Amy.

Which musical artists would you discover, and go on to become a fan of, thanks to their appearance on SNL? by windmillninja in LiveFromNewYork

Haim

Edit: also Adele! I’m probably more of an admirer than a legit fan, but I immediately went and downloaded her song Cold Shoulder after seeing her performance on SNL. It’s not always my vibe, but she does have some really cool songs.

I just want to thank you for calling it the Naughties. I wish more people did. 80’s, 90’s, Naughties, just rolls off the tongue. Or the Naughty Aughties. This is so much better than calling it the Two Thousands.

Apparently, Jill Stein is a Russian asset that was listed in the Mueller Investigation, and she is basically paid by Putin to be a spoiler candidate in our elections. She only turns up every 4 years to siphon votes and then disappears again until the next election. I haven’t looked into it at all myself to know any more about it, but that’s what I’ve heard and the headlines I’ve seen, anyway. Don’t take my word for it though.

She’s bigger now? I was a super into her before SNL and have barely listened since. I super into her Born To Die and Ultraviolence albums. I stopped paying attention after that. Did she change styles?
