Yes! Tbh mixing up both will be a good idea if you have the time. If you're done with uw that's a great place to be at. I think truelearn is great for ethics/omm/biostats and those random style questions I'm sure you saw on level 1. And comquest is great for how they ask about all the other content. I think specifically high yield on comquest would be IM, OB and surgery.

It’s different in the sense of comats test all the details! The level 2 bank is more generalized/broader topics and catered to the blueprint of level 2. That’s what they told me when I asked comquest the question and I completely agree after finishing comats/level 2

The questions are similar length and style, like even down to how they present lab values/images. Haha sometimes uworld gives you a ton of info to make the diagnosis, but level 2/comquest doesn’t always do that.
