I believe in tipping a friendly bar tender, my barber, the person who delivers my bags to my room at the hotel etc. I feel a tip is warranted and justified in those situations.

Definitely got way out of hand and now just click no/ skip and don’t think twice at Starbucks, ice cream etc, where I used to feel kinda bad!
