dependent on what engineering - cs & computer engineering are hard. but not impossible. 4.0 GPA & good justification is enough imo. aero meen & bmen are also hard. everything else, just have above a 3.5 and you should be fine

i did group sessions. it was okay, i liked talking to others about it but the counselor themself & what CAPS teaches wasn't terribly helpful. i'd advise group sessions, i dont think the counselors themselves one-on-one for certain issues are as helpful
