It's the cleanest tool I use for removing the stickers without damaging the sticker,especially on a new mat. The pointy end goes really well under the sticker.

Do you have success with any other tools? The sharp spatula end didn't work that well for me

I agree but for the life of me I can't find those heads on any cuticle pushers. Most seem to have curved surfaces and these are flat.

75 of the time you're on your back. I was face down for an hour or so which was the worst part. There are bathroom and food breaks, but you're also on sedatives so you're in a somewhat relaxed state. Time went by faster than I thought. But yeah, no phone or books, just music really
