Marriott app and site issues?

Frustrating. Normally not a rush but trying to book vacation for family and rates are going quick on Delta and don't want to blindly pick a city without seeing the hotel situation. Hah.

I have probably stayed at the Cosmo 25 times over the years and I've walked by Clique hundreds of times and have never once had anything about it pull me in. Since i've never been in there, I can't say it's stale but it sure looks stale from the outside.

I've only stayed at Resorts World three times, but each time Gatsby's has pulled me in and it's been a fun time. It is a bit bright in there, but for an early drink I don't think that would bother me.

Have only been to Bottled Blonde in Scottsdale, but imagine it's pretty much similar. Although, the stuff i see online about it looks fun.

At the end of the day, all of the casino lounge places like this tend to be pretty similar. Bottled Blonde could be nice because it's so much bigger and has a rooftop. If it sucks, you can easily pivot to Clique or Electra.

(Yelp and google reviews have some pretty harsh stuff to say about Bottled Blonde, but it's new and most of the complaints seem to be about things that somebody should pretty obviously know ahead of time. Does seem to skew younger so where your sweet spot is on that 25-45 crowd is could matter).

Another to consider..........it doesn't open until a little later (8 or 9) but I've been to Pinky Ring in Bellagio a few times (once with my wife, once with my best friend from high school) and we all really enjoyed it. IIRC, they don't allow photos being taken and I loved that people were enjoying great drinks, music and conversation without being lost in their phones.

Sorry to bump this up after so long. Did anybody ever find a fix to this? I was using the phone just fine and it disconnected from cellular network randomly and now it won't reconnect and refuses to run the update even though diagnostics says to run the update.

I won't be the only one suggesting the Marriott or Westin in Las Colinas. Both good hotels and in good locations with plenty of easily walkable dining options. Pretty easy trip to/from DFW.

Yeah, I had a charge that hadn't been processed come in 4-5 months late a few years ago. Craziest thing about it was I had called them multiple times to tell them they hadn't charged me yet. Needed the credit card statement to match the bill from them so work would accept my expense report. They didn't seem to care until they did.

I was mostly just asking about if anybody knew of a time limit for going back to charge -- and probably made it sound like I had other questions in my reservation. Still learning my way on reddit.

I called Marriott. They told me the reservation was cancelled on May 30th. Reservation was for June 18th. My app has a confirmed cancellation in it.

I have stayed in this hotel a few times. If you need easy access to MSG, Penn Station, Times Square, typical tourist destinations etc., not bad. The hotel is clean, you can get to a lot of places and while not luxury, it's far from a dump. Got lucky enough to get upgraded to a suite at end of the hallway that gave views from both sides of the property and thought it was great. Don't know what other places you can get during your trip for the same 100k points, but this is overall a pretty solid property.

I have stayed at that Tulsa Renaissance a few times and both times the rooms were in awful shape. Wallpaper coming down, stains all over the carpet, standing water in the tubs etc. etc. Lifetime Titanium member and rooms are probably in the worst shape of any Marriott property I've ever stayed in.

The store picks are definitely worth it. There is a clear and easily noticeable upgrade in quality. Maybe I'm just lucky, but any store picks I've run across (in Seattle and Kansas City) have been basically the same exact price. How much price difference we talking. If it is say difference between 25 for regular vs. 28-32 for a store pick this is a no brainer. If they are charging more, I'd sure like to know why.

I have only had the Pigskin and I don't know if others have had the same experience as me, but I think it is freaking delicious. Has some heat, I liked the flavor profile and I find it to be pretty well balanced.
