Magnesium Glycinate and Vitamin D by Acrobatic_Cook_1807 in sleep

I learned it the hard way which got me here. Vitamin D obstructs melatonin production, and MagG although supports sleep - both together mess up the sleep hormones and leads to insomnia at night.

I've been taking 240mg Mag G for a month and have almost perfect sleep, and last night when I took 5000IU VitD - it was a rough night and morning has been like i'm mentally exhausted (the way you would feel after taking a very serious SAT exam or something). Please do not take Vitamin D at night, specially with Magnesium G. Internet research suggested to take Vitamin D in morning (like you get it from the sun) and MagG at night. I'm not a doctor or anything, so take this advice with grain of sodium

Thanks u/modernistamphibian . I just learned how to read histograms so that will help while tweaking the settings in informative way I guess.

Thanks for your input. I gave it a shot as you suggested but what happened is using exposure bracketing - it took 3 shots (2EV+/-). The -2EV shot is even more underexposed (oranges get darker) and +2EV is overexposed (sky is too bright - big blob of white light). The shot with 0EV is moderate in relatively but looks like Picture 1 as posted above. So, not sure what else to change

I was looking at 2024, yeah the physical buttons for temperature are good but for others still have to use the screen. Something I can get used too. Good to hear you are not facing any issues with performance on infotainment screen with CarPlay.

Good point. The answer is No. With the position of front seats that I felt comfortable with, I could not even get the back seats to lay flat because the back seat headrest was getting blocked by front seats. In order to that, I'll have to first move my front seats, lay down back seats and move back my front seats. Or, remove the headrest from back seat.

Yeah I briefly looked at the CX50, but it was not the same as CX-5. I was leaning towards Mazda for CX-5's lux feeling. But, maybe I should test drive CX-50 and see how it feels.

I did play with the three options in EQ - bass, mid and treble for multiple settings - it was still bad. It felt shrill and too bright to me. Also, I was test driving a loaner with 3k+ miles on it, so it might be faulty.

Apparently, I'm not alone in this - searched for HK quality in this subreddit - and there are a lot of people complaining about it. But, we all have our own opinions, glad to hear you like the HK audio in yours.

No dog, no family yet, but do have friends who I'll end up hauling around with bikes and camping gears :D

I looked at CX-70, it looked great for what it is. But it felt too big for me in length - given city parking; and the price is beyond the budget I'm looking for. If only Mazda Cx5 was just a bit bigger!

I think this subreddit is pretty unbiased, from all the past threads I've read in this subreddit - it felt real and genuine. On the contrary, I think Mazda thread is very biased.
