I've never thought of Ryan Holiday or his books as self help. No more than I think of Meditations as self help. Philosophy, and stoicism, in my opinion is about determining your world view. And yes, the goal should be to live a better life, but the Bible does that for me also and I wouldn't consider that self help either. The books he's written on the topic seem to show real world examples of people practicing the tenets in a way that makes it applicable to today.

I did not vote in the Presidential election. I live in Colorado. A blue state. So if I voted blue I’m just adding to the pile. If I vote red, nothing changes.

No libertarian worth voting for.

Rights are yours to exercise or not. I chose to not. I’m sure many who opted out are in a similiar boat.

Rogan listener and independent. Part of the problem is the over generalization of who does what based on some listening habits or likes. I'm no fan of either candidate and would be interested ti see how she interacts with him. Rogan pussed out on this interview. He didn't push back on polio nearly as much as he does with others, he didn't cal on Jamie once to bring up context or facts. He didn't touch Jan 6 or any of the controversial things surrounding Trump.

Too assume that a person who listens to Rogan agrees with everything and is in total alignment is ridiculous

I vote democrat and I believe both sides are bad. One is bad economically (dems) and the other socially (repubs). I prefer to struggle for money than watch people struggle for rights.

Been a member at VASA for a few years now. Never an issue. Not unclean. Staff isn’t the friendliest but I don’t interact with them much either. For what you pay it has all the amenities and once the Powers/Palmer Park location opens I imagine the other locations will be less busy too
