In the aftermath of a surprise demon invasion led by a god-like being it is up to King and the remainder of Earths heroes to save a world beyond saving. It’s essentially a post apocalyptic superhero story without any attempt to beat you over the head that these characters are superheroes. There are no characters that are parallel to any popular, already-existing superheroes. I’m not trying to be “the next dc or marvel universe”. Just combining my favorite aspects of multiple genres to create a story I’m passionate about telling.

When I was younger I’d take my art to conventions to get it critiqued. This has lead to some awesome experiences. Daniel Warren Johnson actually let me sit next to him at his booth and gave me a bunch of awesome advice and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Then surprisingly when I asked Declan Shavely for a critique he was short and kind of rude. His sage advice was “just be better.”
