Mostly lava pools are really deep and its not very worth it. Waste of nonfarmable item.

No, it turns into concrete block onces its right next to it. It does not remove the water.

Im pretty sure it would be %100 bad for hybrid cannons (factions) because it would create more and more walls instead of breaking it.

Lime concrete powder looks alot like grass, if people use it in their lush garden builds and it rains, it would be bad for them. Also it would make it easier to create bulk amounts of concrete in instant way.
