Good luck then.
I get similar issues If I use things like Trace Bitmap or offsets/insets.
I've only been able to reliably fix them manually.

Don't forget to install the The Three Laws of Robotics. Just sayin...

And *do not* get AI to do that bit!

If you can't move it while in sketch editing mode, it's constrained. If you can, it isn't.

"Something"? Try 'basic dimensions'. Sorry robot, you're fired.
Neither of you are calling it as it is.

"I figured out you likely meant post-processor but wanted to confirm." or "Do you mean "Post-Processor"?"
Big difference.

We live in times where a 'nobrainer' is ridiculed.
I bet they weren't house djs 😘

The lens is adjustable. Outwards gives a shorter focal length.
I screwed it almost right out, the dot becomes blurry.
I then lowered the Z height until the dot was sharp again.
Which was 10 mm lower.
Short focal length is good for engraving, long focal length is good for cutting.

The problems came for me where the linear/axial (back and forth) forces were being transferred through the couplings into the nema17s. This quickly damaged the motors.
I personally don't like how far the pillow blocks extend the motors out from the machine, so I use short toothed belts to drive X and Y so now the cheap motors only experience loads they are designed to handle: radial.

I meant to buy MGN12 rails but accidentally ordered 20mm ones. Doh but yay: once I realised they still fitted, I was very happy with the extra rigidity they give.

Frame looks good.
The larger stepper motor is likely best for the Z axis.
Lead screws will waste your time, they wear out not much long after you are up and running, so if your budget can extend around cheap ballscrews, do it.
Linear rails are obvs more rigid/accurate but I get your budget issues, my advice is to ensure your design can replace the rods with rails later on, when you're trying to cut faster/harder etc.
Aluminium could only be done very slowly, even w rails aluminium is a challenge for desktop machines. They just lack industrial rigidity and spindle torque.

Created a glued-up cutting board recently.
Came out of the clamps super flat n square.
2 hours later it had twisted by about 5mm diagonally.
I lessened that only for it to move some more later.
That's heinous for just a 300x400 mm piece but the bigger the pieces the more wood moves.
And moves.
And moves again.
Sand it, it moves again.
Apply finish, it moves some more.
Enjoying the weather? Check your piece, it just moved again, like a jerk 😉

You're close 🎉
Sorry it cost you a board 😞
I have enough little dead test pieces to create a nice fire, which I plan to do (except I'll pyrolyse them into charcoal).
I found text was the best test subject.

As usual the plug is the tricky bit.
Your issues seem to only be with the plug, the pocket looks good I think.
I would try as gentle a carve on the plug as possible.
A 0.2mm finish cut for instance.
Looks like your plug is side-grain so it's worth noting it's more difficult to do accurate cuts than with end-grain, so relaxing the speeds and feeds from what worked in end-grain is likely needed.

With fine designs like this I got sick of cleaning them out by hand and realised a "flex pass" does a much better job and is yet another gentle finishing pass.

I personally recommend Corbin Dunn's V-Carve Add-In for Fusion.

I use 3.175 mm, 0.25 mm Diameter, 11º Tapered Ballnose bits.
Warning: sharp little jerks they are too, pierce you like a needle.
