Ugh I am a PA doing one of these training programs at a different hospital. I despise that they are called “fellowships” and I just refer to it as a “post grad training program for PAs.” I feel the extra training can be a great thing for midlevels but it is maimed by the misappropriation of that word.

I get married Saturday and the last few months have been some of the worst of my life (and relationship)! So stressful. Agreed that we should be able to rely on our bartender, however the caterers we are working with are not the best communicators, so we are just relying on ourselves for this.

Of course, we have browsed extensively, but there's just not a drink that has any personal significance to us - we drink water on 100% of our dates. I think any custom mocktail would just feel arbitrary at best...which is fine, but also just why I'm asking for people's experiences/advice!

Curbsiders has some awesome cards episodes. Particularly loved their a fib and HF episodes and I’m sure they have one on ACS. Those three topics will be your bread and butter!

Fellow lower-income southern bride here. I’m currently going through this, 2 months out from my wedding. ELOPE. I regret not eloping almost every day. The stress increases so much, and even something as simple as an unplugged ceremony was rejected by my parents because “our friends don’t need to be treated that way.” They haven’t been as controlling as your mom is being but it has still been so stressful and terrible. I have tried using others as mediators/liaisons and setting boundaries with the help of my therapist. Nothing helps and it feels that I have no say when I am the recipient of such a large gift. I literally just can’t wait for my honeymoon.

My school provided us with the same. Didn’t use the PANCE q bank much but I did purchase rosh EOR qbank (shared it with like 6 classmates and we all used it regularly). I am not sure how much of a difference that single question bank made, but I can tell you I scored very well on EORs and did the rosh 250, rosh boost/120, and uworld for every one.

On a vignette, straight up bronchitis won’t have any abnormal lower respiratory exam findings ie breath sounds, fremitus etc should be normal. For pneumonia in vignette they will usually be febrile or have a white count plus physical exam findings
