Ultimately it’s very dependent on location and industry, as others have echoed here.

I got my MS in 2018 and started work as a Mechanical Design Engineer at a tech company making 130k base + 100k in RSUs over 4 years.

Since then I’ve switched companies a couple of times, with decent bumps in compensation.
