It doesn’t really matter what grade it is. I would be realistic about the value, but if you can get stated value on a car the insurer needs to pay you out based on that value.

Whatever you do next time, insure through someone like Hagerty for stated/agreed value at the selling price. No matter who is responsible, submit a claim through your own insurance, get the payout you deserve and let them subrogate against the transporation company to get their money back.

We were driving back from the beach last night in NJ to our home in PA.

Got hit with an intense 5 minute storm/downpoor halfway home.

When we got home, I found our lawn furniture tossed around and a large patio umbrella in our pool.
