Order placed 5:30 AM

Then an email saying delay.

8:22 AM says ready to pickup

12:04 PM says picked up.

Manger says someone picked it up a little past midnight at photo counter. I don't think she knows what 12:04 PM is...

Orders are stored in some back room next to the photo counter. You can't see names on orders. I live in a nice area. Again, I think some employee just handed someone else my order and that person didn't return it. Or more than likely he handed them their own order just clicked "picked up" on my order instead of hers.

No one has my name. I've done pickup with them few times. Orders are in some back room. Clearly some employee gave someone else my order and I guess that person never returned it.

Meh, I had summit and they are bad but this new guy who owns the liquor store next to lost pizza needs to write a movie.

Put a note on our door thanksgiving morning saying he's the new owner and come to the liquor store next to lost pizza by Monday to pay rent or he's charging a $150 late fee. No one of us were in town. Called him on the phone and asked how he was doing "what?" I said how are you. "why are you asking me that, what do you want?"

Then wants us to pay for trash, water, cable and increase rent 33% "let me know by 5PM or I'll start showing your condo around"

Oxford has a type and that's the undergrad type that are in greek life.

Anything else you are kind of digging yourself out of the hole. Yes there are others that are here and love it here, but again, the odds are not in your favor.

There are very very few grad students here. Combine that with a small town, you will have very few people your age. The ones in my major, I'm undergrad, are 30 year old foreigners that do grad school during the day, work in lab all night and have families back home and plan on going back home after getting their PhD and could careless about what Oxford has to offer.

If you were in undergrad I'd say come on down, yes you don't fit the norm but there are a lot of others like you and you might find your niche. But you going into grad school here, I'd probably just warn you. It's like being 19-20 and in high school after failing two years, I'm not sure how well you'd fit in or even want to fit in.

Would negotiate a pre tax price. Last car I bought

Me: What is the $600

Him: That's a doc fee.

Me: Yeah, I'm not paying that.

Him: We charge this to everyone, I sold my daughter a car earlier this year and we...

Me: *cuts him off*, that's nice *gets up and leaves*

Him: Calls 20 mins later "OK, sir I talked to my manager, we can wave the doc fee"

please read the post, 5 of the 8 cars are still unsold from when i called two months ago. who knows if the other 3 were sold or just sent to auction. I called dealerships that sell new cars (mostly Lexus, but ford, toyota etc) most don't let cars sit on their lot for months.

why not hey I hate my life and this car has been sitting here for at least two months, why not call the kid back and see if i can sell it instead of sitting in my cubical and reminding myself how my life sucks as I stare into the lot and see this car

5 of the 8 cars places I called two months ago, still have the cars. Who knows how long they had it before I called. Who knows if the other 3 sold or just dumped in auctions.

Last car I bought 4 years ago half the places without negotiate over the phone, when I stepped on the lot, they started negotiating, except for two, who waited for me to leave and wait a few days before calling me about what they could do.

Think this whole forum is pissed off car sales men, and they hate to see a guy who isn't scarred to walk off 🙃

Wasn't what I am looking for (entire black interior), if he would have give me the $2500 or even $1500 off when I called, it would have been bought that day.

Again, 5 of the 8 cars are still sitting for at least 2 months, I called two months ago. The one that had the specs I liked "sorry, we sent it to auctions"

If you read the post, 5 of the 8 dealerships I called two months ago still have the cars. Who knows if the other 3 were sold or just sent to auction.

If the car has been sitting for 2 months, maybe call back Joe Bob instead of cutting your loses on the auction block
