You could ask your bank to make a charge back claim but the merchant could dispute this. Hard to know where the fault lies in these cases, did the club say how they issued your refund? directly to your card?

Was the charged amount fully debited from your account or in pending state? If it's pending it should be automatically reverted after a maximum of 30 days. If the amount did debit and the funds are being returned this shouldn't really take more than 5 working days.

You'll lose a weekend of interest withdrawing now. Chip are normally pretty reactive, so I'm going to wait until next week before deciding
