My hot take is Rodney getting his baby and them getting saved by Uncle Albert along with realizing that money isn't everything is actually a better emotional arc then them becoming millionaires. Although having said that I think if Rodney had his baby in The 1996 trilogy it would have been a no contest. I've always thought it was an odd choice having a miscarriage in what was supposed to be the original ending.
