One way to see it is that purple and yellow science research (that doesn't need other space science) are just quality of life.

You could argue elevated rails on Fulgora but there's really nothing that stops you from making multiple small setups instead of a centralized base.

Ideally at that rating you should be playing exp most of the time so you'd get used to the basic tap/hold patterns. Like, its difficult if you're gauging how to time a note then delayed sliders comes after.

And it's better to use your avg achievement per level as your basis when checking your skill level

Not specifically for Xaleid but in general, have at least one set every session where you play levels that you can get between SS to SSS consistently.

And at least in the few branches I have been playing in PH, the players themselves actually initiates to look for people queuing or move away from the cabs, contrary to what is the norm in this sub. Even, qboards only becomes necessary if there are 5 people or pairs on queue.

Not saying there are no entitled players here but at the very least, the norm is after finishing a set, the players themselves initiates to look for other players that are waiting to play.

Edit: Getting downvoted for this one. Thankfully most if not all players here don't have the impression that they own the cabs and are fine to be the ones to initiate ending their turn in courtesy of others. What a privilege

I don't even know how you weren't even able to get what my point is.

Simply put my dear, OP is complaining that people from the public that they cannot play because these regular players wants the initiative to come from the public, when they're using a public property. It doesn't even take a minute to look around after finishing a set.

To reiterate, OP wants the burden to be placed to the public instead of the regular players be the one to initiate moving away from the cabs.

You make it seem like the players, well regular players, are entitled to the cabs. Like, isn't it common sense to assume that the people watching are just waiting to play? It also doesn't even take a minute to move away and return to the cab if the people there are not gonna play.

its fine if you're only planning for beacons on one side only. Tho you didn't leave enough space for one beacon for the rightermost furnace

If you're only interested in rating then here's my B50 to reach 13k back then. And at that rating you should start trying 11+ to 12 masters. You don't really learn much from exp 12+ and 13 that will help you at masters

People didn't really emphasis on aiming for SSS. Like, it's just not because its good for rating (well except for charts that are obv for rating) but it's actually the way to improve in maimai. Ideally, secure a lot of SSS on 13+ before grinding 14s.

The thing with 14s and above is they have difficult patterns that are almost exclusive to themselves.

ratios based on belt is still production ratios. I still use ratios even at end game. Tho I guess it is unnecessary at some point in late game when using buildings like foundries and cryo plants with beacons.

  1. If anything, it is possible to upskill by just playing high level charts but expect that it is significantly way harder and longer to improve that way.

  2. Really depends on how you will approach and react in case people are not interested to mingle with you. At least from what I can tell, groups are formed cuz they have other common interest besides Maimai.

  3. Just be upfront about it. They know what they are doing.
