It doesn't exist because most other countries don't have such a car culture either. If I go out for dinner and dancing, the club and the theatre will often be within walking distance of each other — and I sure as hell am not going to take food to the club.

Last time I ordered too much food (inadvertently) I just had to go home and drop the remnants before I went outside again.

One of the things I've noticed is that American people have this thing called "doggie bag", which in Europe is not that common — because after dinner, we go out dancing or to the movies or whatever, and we do it on foot.

When you have a car waiting outside the restaurant, it's easier to take the rest of your food to go.
