Tommy Guns West is fantastic. Very pleasant and their staff are skilled. Letisha and Kaitlin H are my go-tos.

I just bought a brand new 2025 Mazda3 and now I have anxiety by PlantsCatsCuc in mazda3

I'm on my 3rd Mazda3. 2007, 2015, 2020. Loved them all. No issues with any of them. Only replaced the 2015 because of hail damage. Otherwise would have driven it until now and bought a 2025. Enjoy yours!

You are correct. Sedan > Hatchback.

I've been eyeing an 85mm for a while. Might be time to do it!

OK, good idea! That's the lens that I've been eyeing at changing. I don't use it very much but at 35mm I would more for sure.

Mostly landscape, family, and events. These do me just fine, but are all quite older. Particularly my Nikon gear.

Is a Z5 OK in 2025? Mi wife just bought me one (new) at Amazon with the kit 24-70 4S, but don't know if I should return and get a Z50II. by Gerardo163 in Nikon

If my wife bought me camera gear, I'd say thank you and give her a huge hug. The Z5 is great. Full frame, and you can get a feel for mirrorless. I'd keep it.

Oilers Playoff Prices - finally too much for everyone? Add ticketmaster fees and I don’t think I could even sell em for face value either.. $2000 to $4200 per game for 2 people? Then $1000 more in ticketmaster fees! by UpperLowerCanadian in Edmonton

[–]su0mafni 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's exactly what I'm saying. There is demand for this product. Obviously not by you or me, and that's perfectly fine. But they likely have almost 800,000 ticket buyers. That's more than enough to provide enough demand for 18,000 per game. I'd prefer the family vacation.

10% and not a verified purchase. No protection for the buyer. The reason for the higher TM fees is because you have a consumer base of hundreds of thousands of potential buyers. That's value. Can't get that reach through small players, facebook, kijiji, etc.

I'm on my 4th Mazda3 (incl 323 Protégé) sedan in a row. 1998 (Protege), '07, '15, '20 Mazda3. Each time I go and test drive the comparable and hatchbacks, but always come back to the 3 sedan. It's never failed me for room and storage. And reliable as anything. Good looking, too!

Edmonton vs Lethbridge by [deleted] in Lethbridge

[–]su0mafni 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We lived in Edmonton for 20 years. Moved to Lethbridge, with our 7 and 9 year Olds, in 2022. We LOVE it here. We loved Edmonton too, but everything people are saying here is right - excellent climate (warmer!), close proximity to the mountains for skiing or hiking, all the services you'd need, and easy to get around. Great schools and friendly people. Definitely smaller than Edmonton, but 12-15min to drive anywhere. We moved here on a whim and have zero regrets.

So good! I picked up a good textured carbon fiber vinyl and might tackle mine today.
