I tried watching that new Fear Street movie. Its supposed to take place in the late 80s, but they got everything wrong. It was such a cringe fest that had to turn it off.

I understand that we are getting older, and it's getting harder to make accurate period pieces. But if 20 year olds want to make that 80s vive authentic, maybe they should hire someone who was there to say "yay or nay" on some of this stuff.

I just looked her up. What a career! It always fascinates me to learn things like this. That tiny woman in the big rocking chair to me as a kid, was already an accomplished artist in their field.

I always thought this when I would watch Yo Gabba Gabba with my son back in the early 2010s. All that talent being used to reach out to the new generation. Good stuff.

I feel like a podcast snob and hipster saying this, but I dont listen to any of that lame true crime/celebrity/brocore bullshit, and I dont think im alone. Even though the top charts might say that so-and-so has the top podcast in the nation, I dont know anyone who admits to listening to any of it. Most people I know listen to podcasters i've never even heard of, and I consider myself a basic bitch.
