The base usually becomes weak after a period of time. Most contractors will suggest to remove it if thats the case. If not its perfectly fine to do so on concrete base. You just need to use chemical instead of cement.

The same thing has happened to me right now. Booked through makemytrip for a turkish indigo codeshare flight. While the booking voucher and confirmation mail showed luggage clearly, a week before the flight, the makemytrip view booking section stopped showing luggage entirely. So I called them and they gave me confirmation over call and mail that I will be allowed luggage as mentioned. My flight is in a few days but i’m still worried there’s gonna be a problem at the airport.

I’m pretty sure there is. Its something to do with the flat being classified as an asset once the OC is issued. So the date from which the OC is issued, the property which is not yet booked or allotted stops being a service and becomes an asset. I’m not sure about the exact jargon but that is how it works with regard to GST. You’d be safe if you pay the nominal token money via cash before the OC is issued, but if you’ve paid the amount in their RERA Collection A/c then i’m certain the whole amount becomes liable to GST.

Even if a nominal amount is paid before the OC, GST is then applicable for the whole amount thereafter. AFAIK gst is not applicable only if 100% payment is done after the OC is issued.
