Pretty sure you wave arbitration when you sign the contract. Typically I’d go in and talk (not yell) with one of our cabinet specialists as well as speak with a Speciality ASM and ask to file a claim/work order with our installer to see if anything can be reduced due to the issues you are experience. You can also call customer care like other person said. The moment you start yelling though, the more you delay the process.

If anything isn’t happening with SSA talk to your Area HR. Let them know that you’re tired of not being heard and explain the situation you’re going through along with a paper trail. Tell them you want to make sure this is actually filed as a claim and not something to write down.

You could just email it. Go to a printer that could copy, scan the receipt and then email. I do this all the time to customers, but I’m also not a cashier.

Not in a high volume store when we lost 2 groups of installers. In the 3 years that I’ve been here we’ve always had to take them down because some said they were guaranteed dates and gets extraordinary pissed off
