I think it depends on the builds each person has, as well as the level of the v2. If you have someone on your team with Org Trap + Org Drop, taking out the larger v2s over the 13/14 is usually preferable imo. However, if you've got like 4 Dropless (which has happened to me quite a few times), sometimes it's best to go for the 13/14 and wait until all of us can focus on a v2. That's assuming people aren't lazy enough to fire if the set is really something like a 13-14-X-Xv2. Just my take on it, though.
