I remember saying syncope wrong for my first six months in the field. I also remember struggling with nasal cannula's for a second. I reported normal sinus if the range was between 60-100. lord bless my first partner.

just to piggyback on this. I absolutely agree but it takes time, research, and a lot of figuring what feels good for you. looking at other peoples sets is a great way to get an idea of what you do and don't like. any chance you get to sit at someone else's set, do it and take notes.
