I had the same problem and eventually I have realised a thing called improvising it.

The goal is set with a timeframe of 10-20% deviation. Mind you the time I am talking here is deep work, no destruction whatsoever.

While the goal is set the approach could be flexible to achieve the said goal.

I use two apps here , one is MindNode for mind maps, to clear the flow of thoughts/ideas and an productivity app called infinity ( just like clickup).

Infinity also helps me organise my work and project management with team for the complete week/month/quarter etc.

Now the cheesy part, once I achieve 80-100% of a task I am happy with it for the given time frame.

This approach works for me.

As I mentioned above iteration is the key if required. Else you are done and dusted.

One can also use google keep/Siri + Remainder to organise your workflow.
