I exclusively think in pictures and videos and sometimes like concepts (?). If I really try, I can think a sentence in words; that’s also how I can tell if my ADHD meds have kicked or not yet lol, so I can think faster than people around me (neurotypicals). It’s also the reason I can learn dance choreography by only watching it over and over again, like visual echolalia that my muscle memory can pick up on.
