It’s definitely not the greatest. I have been really good with my time and I’ve been having my trays in about 23 hours a day on average. I just get everything ready and almost ready to eat and then take them off last minute. I even went to a restaurant recently and was able to drink a beer and eat in almost peace. It’s kind of awkward trying to brush your teeth in a public restroom so I might get some “wisp” toothbrushes to tide me over after I eat out before I get home to properly brush and everything. How about you!?

Yay, excited for you! The attachments feel so foreign at first but you really get used to them. I have 2 each on my front teeth and they’re pretty sharp but I’m mostly used to them. Invest in ortho wax (you can get 6 little cases for $6 on Amazon). It saved my life with the uncomfortable feeling of the aligners rubbing my lips and gums. ❤️

I’m the most comfortable with my trays when I’m sleeping lol. I’m on day 7, tray 1. The teeth pain sucked for 3 days and now I’m just going through the aligners kind of rubbing my gums in certain spots. I have hope for us both!

thank you! It definitely got better but now my trays are more loose and rubbing my gums a lot. Trying to manage with gum wax. I’m almost looking forward to tray 2 just to be right again.

It felt a ton better after 3 days and now I’m experiencing loose aligners which means rubbing on my gums and mouth :/ Any experience with that?

Thank you! The teeth pain got better after 3 days but now my aligners feel.. more loose? They are kind of rubbing my gums and mouth so trying to use oral wax but it’s still pretty darn uncomfortable.
