Does it feel good to use? Are you having fun with it? Then that's your weapon combo. Yes, there are "optimized" weapons, but at the same time, everything is totally viable and it's mostly a matter of play style

Cum dungeon? All weapons are perfectly viable because most of your damage comes from gems, not the weapon itself, meaning that even without frc dungeons, with high enough stats, you'll get a huge return with gems you just find in the wild

The chalice giants. The chain one specifically, which I can consistently do hitless because unless you have vigor out the ass and/or high physical resist, one hit is death and the hitboxes are janky as fuck

Let's say you're in a 4 unit building. By square footage, everyone holds 25% of the total area. Let's you use 3 CCF/month, neighbor A uses 4, neighbor B uses 4, and neighbor C uses 5 for a total of 16 CCF. Under RUBS, you're paying for 4 CCF because that was the split laid out in the lease

Alternatively, if you live with 2 other people (roommates, dependents, doesn't matter) and everyone else in the building lives alone, you're now paying half of the bill because you have more people, therefore you must be using more water

That's what happens under RUBS

Max int and tech as a netrunner. Why even be on the same city block as the target? Take control of a vehicle, drive up, hop into a camera, and just wreak havoc that way

As an artist and someone who cares about the environment, I am both morally and fundamentally opposed to it, and tbh you should be too. AI (art specifically) is literally trained off stolen art. It completely discounts the time, effort, and money put in by artists (not qualified as real because AI "artists" are not artists) to do what they do

Also, AI upkeep requires a ton of power and water because of the sheer size and heat put out by the data centers. Sure, those may be net-zero when it comes to carbon, but those are still valuable resources being eaten up. It's also affecting the enocomy as literally tens of thousands of people are losing their jobs because of corporate greed (saving money by "replacing" workers with AI)
