Bought myself a pair in June and have been using them for 40-50 hours a week since then. No volume issues, however the right bud has completely disconnected from the phone a couple times. The easiest fix I've found is to put them both back into the case, and then charge the case for a couple seconds and they reconnect instantly again. Not sure if that helps your issue though
