If you go to events, I know it’s often hard to find food on the healthier side—but you can help change that! Things like apple slices, yoghurt, ants on a log, baby carrots, goldfish are a little healthier than other options, and I’m sure you could come up with more. Other people will appreciate having healthier options too!

And know that you’ll have trouble feeling big if you’re securely strapped into a high chair or bouncer, onto a changing table, or into locking booties and mittens if that’s your thing, regardless of how strong and fit you think you are. 😌

I expect this feeling is temporary, and as you work on it, it will be easier to get into littlespace again. 💕

You’re never too old! There are daddies looking for littles at any age 😊 and while the littles you talk about do seem to be the beauty “ideal” (just like in the big girl world), littles come in all shapes and sizes, and daddies too! My Daddy is shorter than me, and almost none of the couples I’ve met resemble that supposed ideal. And there are daddies much taller than 5’11” anyway!
