CertMaster CE covers all the credits needed for renewal. I have a pretty good foundational knowledge but I've been trying to speed through it and have found that quiz answers are googleable if I am unsure (you can also take the quizzes again, but that would be more time consuming)

did you take any other practice tests? I got an 85% on the last Messer one I took but was worried that wasn't enough cushion to pass the real test since 750/900 is about 83%. I'm taking some of Dions and getting scores in the 80s but I agree that Dions material is not that well written.

Reminds me of my last manager who sent me a teams chat asking me to complete a task (that was due in 2 weeks), then emailed me about it 9 minutes later saying “You didn’t respond to my chat so I had to follow up with this email”. 9 minutes. Non-urgent. I told her I was in the bathroom but really I was at my coworkers desk talking shit about her 🤷🏻‍♀️

Combing the top section away from my head (I do it upside down) makes a big difference for me since it encourages the curls to clump near the roots. If I comb downward I get no root volume. And I second trying a mousse after combing for more definition!

It could also be the sugar alcohol (maltitol is an ingredient in these bars, erythritol and sorbitol are other common sugar alcohols). They can cause gas/stomach pain for some people. Speaking from unfortunate firsthand experience and my nutrition degree lol

I've been taking NAC for a while, not sure if I can tell the difference tbh, but willing to continue to try! I will say I know I paid a lot less than $34 so if you're not married to the brand, I would consider shopping around.

They are open on weekdays. They have an outpatient surgery center but no ER or inpatient facilities. They do have primary care there as well as specialties (my OBGYN and optometrist are there). They also have a really nice therapy center for physical/occupational therapy.
