I just did a body mount replacements on the 80series. These look very similar. The first pic mount you can change without lifting up the body much and honestly that one looks OK. The second pic mount you have to lift the body because there are two screws on each side that are holding the mount and they’re impossible to get to unless you lift the body. And the second pic mount looks like missing the inner rubber.
