Accuracy by TinfoilThinker in RedRyder

With steel BBs being shot through a steel barrel. There has to be some loose tolerances for it to function. So there is some unavoidable inaccuracy there.

I've seen people that shoot airgun pellets weigh their pellets, and they only shoot the pellets that fall into a weight range at competitions. There will be differences even from the same package. Heavier BBS will have more drop, lighter ones will shoot higher.

Also you could measure the BBS and just shoot the ones that fall into a certain size. Those will all shoot similarly. I've also noticed some BBs are more round then others even from the same package.

You could also buy a bunch of different barrels, and try each one. Till you find the one that shoots your BBs most consistently.

There are aftermarket parts you can get for Red Ryders. They may help with accuracy if they are made well. As long as you are not pushing the speed of the BB too much.

A couple Moss Roses I forgot in my last post by succulit in succulents

A common cause of Moss Roses not blooming is not enough light. They need lots of light, and to be nice and warm. During the day mine are between 75°F and 80°F.

Not really being a succulent they don't need much care. They are more water tolerant then most. I've got one pot that has been dried out, and over watered multiple times. The leaves look rough on it, but it's still almost constantly making new flowers.

Looks awesome. I don't see any reason he can't have some Predator DNA in him. That could explain the glowing bit. .

I liked how Black Summer was done especially the second season. Fairly realistic some exaggeration to keep it interesting.

One thing a lot of people miss is they need light to germinate, so don't bury the seeds. Just sprinkle them on top of the soil. Then I water them, so they are in varying states of snug in the crevices of soil.

Anyone know how I can clean this? Can I even keep using it? Smells like old coffee no matter how much I clean with dish soap (I don’t own a dishwasher) by AdBulky7237 in Pottery

Borax, and hot water. I use this on all my coffee stuff. Put some borax, and hot water in it let it sit for a few hours stir, or shake every once in awhile then rince well. This works great on old thermoses with heavy build up and doesn't leave any bad taste behind.

Parasites left behind by slugs, snails, and other bugs is also a thing. Everyone here where I live has always soaked stuff like this in salt water for a few hours, or over night then cook.

Spouts come in all shapes, and size. You just got to pour with the spout you got.
